Shipping

All artwork is shipped in a protective polymer sleeve inside of a sturdy mailer tube or rigid envelope.

Artwork that is rolled for shipping in a mailing tube will need to be flattened when you take it out of the tube.  You can find instructions for that here.

Orders are ordinarily shipped within 2 business days of placement.  In the rare instance of a delay we will contact you via email.

We charge a flat rate of $8.00 per order ($18.00 for Canadian orders) to ship via USPS First Class mail.  If you need international or express shipping please contact us for a price quote. We are happy to ship anywhere in the world, but we only have flat rate shipping set up for North America right now.

We accept payment at checkout by debit or credit card, or via PayPal.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us.  We want to help work out any issues that may arise. 

We have a 14 day full refund policy for return of goods.  Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you you a refund upon our receipt of the item in it's original condition. Please note: refund is good for the purchase price only, and does not include any shipping charges.

If an item has been damaged during shipping we will exchange it at no cost to you.  Because our prints are created in limited editions, there is a remote possibility that we may not be able to exchange for a print from the same run, in which instance you may exchange for a print of equal value or request a refund.

Missing Items

If an item has been shipped to you, but does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us so that we can try to help locate it.  We will not consider a shipment lost until 30 days after the expected arrival date.  If it has not arrived by that time we will replace it.

Framing

All artwork is sold unframed.  We do not offer framing services at this time.

Artwork 

Because all of our prints are pulled by hand, there may be slight variations from piece to piece.  This is part of the beauty of handmade artwork.

We try to represent our work as accurately as possible in our photographs and descriptions, but please be aware that colors may appear differently on different devices and monitors.  If you have questions or concerns about this, please contact us.  We are happy to help!
